From the farm we uprooted the matured Kava Plants (5-7years), we took out the roots and washed it until there’s no soil attached to it. After washing we cut the Kava roots into thin strips so that it could dry up very quickly. Once the Kava roots is completely dried, then it will be placed into a pounding machine for crushing. After the crushing process is completed, we then took the pounded Kava and placed it into the Filtering machine to separate the kava particles from the powdered Kava. Once the powdered Kava have all been filtered, we spread it onto a large tray-based table for cooling. After the cooling process, the Powdered Kava is then packed into its respective sized packaging, sealed, and packed in cartons ready for shipment (Export).
